Can not connect to 5G

I am not able to connect any device to 5G. Tried rebooting, factory resetting, and changing channel, but the problem remains.

 

But all device gets connected to 2.5G easily.

 

Request suggestions and help.

    Are you able to see the 5 ghz network?

      5GHz network is available. But it does not allow any device to join. Even if a device joins the network, internet is not available.

        Sounds like the modem is faulty. Needs to be reviewed by NG support or just replaced.
