Can someone please tell me whats the difference between c6300 vs c6300bd

Can someone please tell me whats the difference between c6300 vs c6300bd   are they both modem router combo, if yes whats the techincal  difference and whichone is better, i have to buy for my comc...

C6300BD is not supported for retail customers. They are specific for ISP to supply to their customers. 

We supply them to one north american and one australian ISP
