cannot access the web gui - C6300V2
New device. I had access to it via the web gui. I changed the SSID and the passwords. I applied the changes. Now I notice that changes have not been applied and I cannot access the web gui.
Support......ha......been on hold for over an hour.

try accessing it using 192.168.100.1
what error are you getting?
