Cannot Connect to CISCO VPN With my CAX80 rOUTER

Good morning,

 

My wife is using CISCO VPN for her work and she cannot connect to it. She is getting an error message to check connectivity and server address. We have XFINITY and a Netgear CAX80 modem router.

 

Can you please help us? Thank you so much!

    have you checked with the vpn provider to see if theres any certain port that needs to be opened?

    Or if she has any security software on her laptop thats blocking it? 

    Usually we have you start with the vpn provider to get the requirements and to make sure it isn't a computer issue

  • I had same issue, fix it by disabling the IPSec ALG. Check this box under Settings>WAN
