Cannot connect to internet. CM600
In trying to connect new CM600 I got 2 yellow "lightning bolt" lights. Should all 5 be green instead? Spent 45 minutes w. ISP technician ( Windstream) who registered my new modem but never got any connection. Tech said all lights should be green.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.

I had a tech from ISP visit and he got us online quickly. Don’t know what he did but it’s all working.
