Cannot open network after turning router mode off

I just tried to choose router mode off, and rebooted router. coudln't connect routerlogin.net. But I could connect internet by cable. The purpose I did that is to try to setup VPN in my private network. Can anyone help me to fix it? Get my wifi back.Thanks a lot!!!!

    Your modem Ip may of changed to 192.168.100.1 try that
