Cannot Register

Hi, 

I have a D6000 AC750 Modem/Router. I cannot register this item on your website it says the serial number is invalid when i'm entering it exactly the way it is under the barcode. Because this is happening I cannot get access to phone support to have this sorted. Please help?

    From a similar thread, it seems only support can help you with that. have you tried sending a mail to  customer.service@netgear.com 

    Name the issue you are having in the Subject line and full description in the body and your net gear customer number or Full name together with your product model and serial number.
