Cant access Login Page when connected via ethernet

I have purchased a PETZI cam. It is not connecting... my troublleshooting has led me to confirm that the modem is set up in b/g/n wirelss mode (among other things), that require I log into the router and check setings. However after resetting my modem to factory settings (and restarting all devices), confimring IP address through terminal (and trying to login via that vs standard login/ip addys like routerlogin.com), unsuccessfully...

I am now attempting to login via a direct connection (ethernet cable). When connceted, i have a solid geen light for that #2 connection (with a light showing a data connection/transfer for the #1 connection). When navigating to routerlogin.net I get the message "You are not connected to your Router’s WiFi network. To access routerlogin.net, your device must be connected to your Router’s WiFi network. Check your current connection and try again."

Ok so obviously I am not connected to the wirless network, and am trying to access the login via direct connection. Is there a seperate process that I must follow?

I am on a MAC and it looks like this solve is for PC only:http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1097/~/if-you-cannot-login-to-your-router?cid=wmt_netgear_organic

Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Darren. I have confimred my IP addy through terminal as 100.66.101.1, and am still unable to connect... I get "This site can't be reached". I also tried 192.168.100.1 and get the same message. Any other ideas on how I can troubleshoot this issue?

        Hello BryanBalli

From the sounds of the Ip address you linked the modem is acting like its stuck in modem only mode you could try to factory reset again but make sure you are holding the reset button for at least 10 seconds.
