Can't change the time, and can't set up dynamic IP addresses
If I follow the manual that came with the modem, it says to go to advanced>security>schedule to change the time zone. That option is not there for me. Also when trying to reserve an IP addre...

With the time that should just be set by the ISP Cmts so it should automatically do this being connected to the cable. As for the Ip address reservation have you tried to use a different web browser or you may even want to factory reset but you will have to do your settings again on your modem.
