Can't connect gaming consoles or Amazon Echo Dots via wifi on C6300

Model Version: C6300

Firmware Version: 2.01.26

OS: Windows 10

ISP: Cox

I can connect my pc's, laptops, and cell phones to wifi with the C6300, but I cannot connect PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch.  Nor can I connect the Amazon Echo Dot.  It's mostly giving me DNS errors.  I'm also having problems connecting to the router admin site, and the Genie app.  Logging in is sporadic at best with the app on my phone (repeatedly keeps telling me to connect to my router's wifi), and going to routerlogin.net or .com just gives me "routerlogin.net sent an invalid response."  Using 192.168.0.1 will occasionally let me use the Netgear genie config site.

Any helpful tips on what settings I need to change, or a direction to point me in trying to troubleshoot this?

How are you trying to connect the game consoles? Wired or wireless?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Whats the distance between the modem and these consoles?

Do they connect wired to the modem?
