cant log in to my router C6300
ok so i bought a netgear modem router combo off ebay seller listed it as new in box seller said they bought the modem but realized it wasnt what they needed for the isp service they had so they tossed it on ebay. anyhow when i type in the ip address to log into to the admin account to adjust the settings on my modem i get a blank page i called netgear and they said they cant help unless i pay a 6 month fee any ideas how to fix this?

with anything bought used, a factory reset is a good idea.
did you push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on?
Was your ISP able to activate it to your service?
isp was able to activate it i just cant access the router to change the settings no i didnt not reset the router
Try the factory reset.
