Cant Login Back after C7000v2 reset

Hi,

 

Had to reset my c7000v2; but after the reset, I cant get into the router/modem. The 192.168.0.1 aaddress is not pinging, I connected a cable to my laptop but it was unable to receive any IP; provided an static IP  192.168.0.222; still no luck. The default NETGEAR24 SSId is also not visisble ..

 

Appreciate any help in advance.

    Pressing the reset button for 15 seconds then release the wire connect the PC to the modems LAN port and open a web browser to 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1 doesn't result in anything?

    what are all the lights on it doing? 

    Try resetting it but unhook the coax from it. unhook coax and push reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

    then try going through reset again.
