Case is closed but the problem is unresolved
Hi all,
My CAX80 won't boot so I submitted a case to customer support. After the diagnosis, the technician confirmed that the hardware of my CAX80 is defective, then the case was closed...... I tried to contact them by replying to the previous email but no response. Also tried to call them, but no one answers after 20min of waiting. I also tried to open another case, but somehow the page no longer has that button after I choose the serial number.
The device was purchased on Feb 23, 2022.
Can you suggest me another way to contact them?
