Cax 80 no upload speed on 5ghz. Xfinity gigabit
I recently got the cax80 for the Xfinity gigabit plan. It's almost perfect but on my mobile device I can't seem to upload any data, ie videos via FB messenger, Instagram, Whatsapp, etc.
When I run a speed test via any site, I don't get an upload speed at all.
2.5ghz and lan both work fine.
Even 5ghz works except in those instances, uploading data.
I have done multiple factory resets, performed optimum mtu tests, traffic meter is off, double checked my channels and I'm the only person on my channel of 36. Smart band is off, my router/modem is literally right next to me without interference around it.
Appreciate any help, I've scoured forums without a solution.
Everything is updated to current available firmware
Everything looks well, don't understand how to fix this. Netgear hasn't been any help.

- Also the mobile device I'm using is a Samsung s23 ultra and chrome, if that is of any help
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
How is the Basic and Advanced Wireless settings configured on the modems web page?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 161 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.
