CAX30 firmware Firmware Version 2.1.3.10 DOWNLOAD NOT FOUND

It has probably been pulled due to the problems they are having. See numerous other threads and the red banner across the top of this page.
I've tried everything recommended but still cannot access the CAX30 after hitting reset. In other words, I have no network. How can I update the firmware if I can't even access it?

Thank you for the link. I'd be willing to give it a go, but the question remains. None of my devices - iMAC, iPAD, iPhone - can access the CAX30. There's no network recognized (I tried the factory reset multiple times, but always ends with not found).
All I have now is my iPhone/ATT hotspot.
