CAX30 in modem mode not getting IP from ISP

I set "Router Mode" to no in advanced settings. Xfinity shows modem as good to go, but on my end, CAX30 is not getting/picking up an IP.

 

It's (the device) not Xfinity, so they can't really help. All they can tell me is, the modem looks good to them.

 

Any suggestions?

    Which port on the back of the CAX are you using? Port #1 should be used to connect to for a wired PC or 1 external router. 

     

    Power OFF the CAX for 30 seconds then back ON with the wired PC or router connected to port #1...

        Be sure to use good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.
