cax30 issues

Question

like many of you, my cax30 was suddenly not sending out internet even though the antennas were on so I did a reset, and now my ssid isn't showing up, so I can't log in to the modem portal and turn off the traffic meter. is anyone else ssid/ network name not showing up on wifi networks even though the lights on the modem say they are on?

I've tried a hardwire connection and factory resetting several times with no new results SSID/ network isn't showing up whether hardwired or wireless&nbsp;
