Cax30 nothing working
My CAX30 doesn’t have any available Wi-Fi connections and Ethernet ports don’t light up when connected to tv or desktop. Modem is locked up normally and wifi toggle is lit. ISP can see it and reboot it. App says it is connected locally but all functions of the app won’t work. I can’t update firmware or reboot from the app. I ordered a new one because I can’t wait but anyone have any of the same problems

Try a factory reset of the Reset button pressed for 15 seconds then release with the ISP coax line disconnected from the modem?
