Cax30 port forwarding settings disappear

I add a custom port forwarding in my cax30 and apply. It looks like it takes but when I toggle back and forth in the menus, the custom port I just added disappear. I even tried the built in port settings and the also do not take. I have the latest firmware. Any insight would be helpful.

    Problem solved with help from Netgear Agent. She advised that I do a reset on the router/modem and it worked. I'm able to do port forwarding.
