CAX30S no Ip from ISP

Internet connection has been up and down for about a week and finally stopped working. ISP couldn’t get the nighthawk to communicate back completely . I noticed my ip from my ISP is all 0. I’ve had 2 techs out to my house and they can’t get it to connect but their gear works just fine.
I can connect to the CAX30’s WiFi and access the gateway. I’ve tried resetting it and that didn’t fix anything. I can’t find anything online that talks about this exact situation. The nighthawk just keeps looping and never gains a connection from my ISP but they say everything looks good but they can’t gain a complete connection. I use the nighthawk via WiFi.
It basically just stopped working overnight

    Support | NETGEAR

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    Check for various troubleshooting tips.

    You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

    I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
