CAX80 - Error submitting a Warranty Claim

My CAX80 has stopped connecting to the internet both via Ethernet and Wifi.

Have attempted factory reset, and swapped it out with other devices that connect immediately.

Trying to submit a warranty claim and the form errors out, so of course I can't submit.

Any thoughts?

To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

But if its a hardware failure, it shouldn't cost. If they insist you pay until proven a hardware failure, make sure to clarify that they'll refund the charge.

Yes I am aware of that.
I literally said the form is erroring out when I try to submit it. Is there another avenue?

Edit: wait, I have to purchase a support plan to file a warranty claim?

You should be able to call into support. When you talk to support, they take you through some very basic "does it work" steps. If it does work, then it costs $ to talk to them. But if it does indeed turn out to be a hardware failure, they're supposed to refund it.
