CAX80 5Ghz service hangs

Hello

 

I installed a CAX80 a few months ago, generally working very well.

 

Twice since installation, the 5 Ghz service hangs.    Direct LAN service continues to work, as does 2.4Ghz service.    The 5Ghz LED stops blinking and is just solidly on.    A power-cycle resolves the issue, but as I said sooner or later it seems to recur.

 

Running the latest firmware 5.1.1.8.     connection status shows as green.

 

Any ideas please

    Any progress on this? 

     

    How is the wifi configured on the CAX80? 

    What channels are being used on the CAX80 for 5Ghz? 

    Is Smart Connected enabled or disabled? 

     

    Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed?
