CAX80 connectivity issues
Had a CAX30 but upgraded my speeds to 1g and later found out xfinity doesnt support 1g on the cax30. I upgraded to a CAX80 and am once again having issues. Download speeds are good at 1.1g however the wifi speeds are terrible and half of what my CAX30 get. I tried to activate this on the xfinity app and keep getting errors we're having issues identifying the CM MAC address and it shows up as offline in the app. Really scratching my head here and dissapointed. Not sure why this is happening but hoping to get it fixed

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
