CAX80 doesn't connect to Comcast

We have a CAX 80 router, which had blazing speed before we left on vacation.  We had no problems.  When we returned, the router doesn't connect to anything. I tried connecting through the app but had no success.  It still shows power running but no connection.

 

Any thoughts on what happened?

    What says "no connection"? What devices have you used to connect? Wifi and wired?

     

    What do you mean by "power running"?

     

    What do the LEDs on the modem router look like?

     

    Have you rebooted the  modem/router? Turned it on and off?

    Is it only the power light working? Nothing on the others?

    Did you check with your isp to see if they can ping it or see it on their network? 

    Are you able to log into it? (not using the app)

    Did you try a factory reset?
