CAX80 No internet via WIFi but no problem with RJ45

Would it be convenient to look in the Access Control part of the router web management (page 29 of the User Manual)

and see how the cell phone is described? (i.e. "Allowed", "Blocked", etc.)
Allowed 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0(via logs)
All new devices are set to allow to access.
