CAX80 won't factory reset

I am at 18 months on my router and it is not reseting .... Did this issue get resolved?

    What do you mean it won't factory reset? 

    How are you trying to reset the gateway? Back reset button? 

    How long are you pressing the reset button?

    Can you access the gateways web page? IF you can can you use the ERASE button on the web page to reset the gateway? 

    Try disconnecting the gateway from the ISP cable coax line then press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Give 1 minute then re-connect the ISP cable coax line. 

     

    What FW version is loaded on the gateway?
