5G not working. Solid light on front of modem. I have unplugged, did a reset, and checked for a firmware update (I am up to date).
The 2.4 is working fine
Might try a factory reset with the coax line disconnected. When the LEDs start to turn back ON, unplug the power adapter from the wall out let for 1 minute then plug back in. Complete the setup wizard. Disable Smart Connect then see if any devices will connect to the 5Ghz radio
Might try manually re-loading FW as well.
If nothing seems to get the 5Ghz radio working, you'll need to reach out to NG support to see what your options are.

When you do the factory reset by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release do ALL front LEDS shut off accept for the power LED, then begin to turn back on one at a time?
Try a factory reset with the iSP coax cable disconnected for 30 seconds then plug back IN?
What version of FW is loaded currently?

FW is V2.1.5.2
When I did the reset All the lights went out and then came back one at a time
