So andy,
if you're working for Netgear, are you telling this client of yours that the CG3000v2-STAUS is not capable of wireless bridging?
I ask because I too have one of these modem/routers and would be interested in the answer.
And adding further to my question - why does the Netgear Website pass off a Quick Install Guide as a User Manual?
Where is the User Manual?
If you work for Netgear you know this device is much more than a Modem and Router, having telephony connectors, USB connectors etc.
As it is, it seems like a great Modem/Router, I only wish I knew what else I could do with it...

CG3000-2STAUS is Cable Gateway device specifically made for australian ISP with their requested feature set.
there is no capability to do wireless bridge mode on this device.
This device is not supported by Netgear directly since it is a non-retail device and sold directly to australian ISP.
