CG3000 DV-2rg Channels above 11?

I've the above cable modem/router and have been quite pleased with it.

Now although, my location is being inundated with other's routers.

I was wondering if there was a way to force or with software, channels above 11. My wifi analyser app shows no activity with channel 12 or above.
