CG3000 won't let me access Wireless settings
Using an Optus supplied Netgear CG3000 modem and I am wanting to change my wifi password. When I go into the Wireless settings, I only see top half of options; Wireless connection (blank) ...

Thanks yes, I tried Safari, Firefox, chrome and IE no success. In the end i called Optus ( my ISP) and after several calls, and supervisors involvement, I just reset the modem to factory settings and started afresh! It's now working perfectly.
