CG3000d no internet LAN 2 and 3 lghts flashing

Question

On the front of the router the power, downstrem, upstream, and internet are all lite. The wireless botton lite is also lite. What could be the problem? However, the #2 and #3 LAN (ethernet) lights are flashing, what is the problem?

Typically when those lights are flashing it just means activity on those ports. Have you called you ISP to see if they have any issues or can try to reboot your modem?
