CG3000D Replacment

Can anyone please tell me the difference between Netgear's model C3000 and N450-100NAS, I'm replacing Netgear's CG3000D that I rent from Cox?

    Hello Dellavet 

     

    The 2 modems are similar the N450 has 4 Ethernet ports compared to the 2 on the C3000 also the wifi transfer speed is a little faster on the N450 at 450MBps with the C3000 at 300Mbps not much other difference.

      So either would be a good replacement for the CG3000D,depenting on the number of Ethernet ports needed?
