CG3000DV2 - chronic power cycling
I use COX as my ISP, and for the past month I've had chronic disconnect/reconnects through my router/modem. It will power cycle 5+ times per day, though it happens most often when I use a different wireless devices in my home (watching AppleTV--> use iPad---> bam!)
Initially, Cox didn't find any issues with my service but noted many in my neighborhood were experiencing issues and they would pass it along up the totem pole. I called back a week later and they insisted I was having an amp issue. The router/modem is just 2-3 years old.
Having only recently figured out how to access my incident logs, I can share that the two issues are:
1) TLV-11 - Illegal Set operation failed;CM-MAC=6c:b0:ce:51:0d:d0;CMTS-MAC=70:ca:9b:a7:97:8d;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
2) Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;CM-MAC=6c:b0:ce:51:0d:d0;CMTS-MAC=70:ca:9b:a7:97:8d;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Can anyone please assist with what this means? Thank you.

Hello Athaxto
T4 times outs are typically a issue with the cable signal itself I linked a article about this.

Thank you for the assistance, Darren. Hopefully that will be of great assistance when I get back home (if the problem persists).
