CG3000v2 won't accept wifi password from iphone 5

I am unable to get my iphone connected to my wifi network.   I have numerous other devices connected - both apple and PC without issue, and the iphone connects to otehr wifi networks without issie....

I have same issue with iphone 6s plus.

    Have you guys tried to remove the security or change the security type on the router to see if they will connect?
