Changing channels

Spectrum is telling me the following because our internet is running slow even with the Speed test great when connected directly to modem and speed test strong on Orbi: “You need to clear out network channels on netgear orbi and put them on auto rotation”. Can someone tell me how to do this? FYI…we have an RBR50.

    More details are needed. 

    What speeds do you pay for?
    What modem from spectrum do you have? 

    You say you're getting slow speeds, is that over wireless (since you said orbi is getting full speed). 

    what speed is that? 

    What band are you testing on? 2.4ghz or 5ghz? (hint, 2.4ghz is a slow network but broadcasts further and through more materials)
