Charged for Rma shipping but never received replacement
I have been in contact with netgear support multiple times about an issue with an RMA and have yet to receive any real help!
Last Monday I called support about my modem not working/turning on and they approved an RMA.
I filled out the rma immediately and paid for next business day shipping. I never received an email confirmation but was charged right away.
On Friday I had yet to receive a package or email so I contacted netgear again (btw gotta love the “priority service” that takes 30 mins to 1 hr of waiting before you actually talk to someone) anyways they said they would refund me and send me a new rma with next business day shipping free of charge. Well after being told that, the support guy said “there’s a problem” and that he would have to call me back in 24-48hr. Well that has yet to happen...
Anyone else having this problem?
