CM 1100 does not show login window
My modem CM 1100 does not show login window at http://192.168.100.1
Is there any solution?
I am following these steps:
- Launch a web browser from a computer that is attached with an Ethernet cable to the cable modem or from a computer that is connected to a WiFi router that is attached with an Ethernet cable to the cable modem. - Done
- Enter http://192.168.100.1. into the address bar of your web browser.
- Click or tap Enter.
A login window displays. - No login window displays? - Enter the cable modem user name and password.
Note: The user name is admin and the default password is password. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.

Clear the cache on the web browser you are using.
Try a different web browser than the one you are using.
You using a Windows computer or iOS?

I did that but it doesn't help.
I used Safari and Chrome on my MacBook Pro. I also tried on my iPhone. For router, login window opens quickly at 192.168.1.1 but not for Modem.

What brand and model is the router connected to the CM modem?
Power off the modem and disconnect the wifi router from the modem and connect 1 wired PC to WAN port#1. Power ON the modem, after it's ready can you connect to the modem at 192.168.100.1 at all?
