CM 500 sync timing failure

My modem keeps giving me the same error of: SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing.

My cable provider says that its an issue with the modem itself but this thing is less than a year old and I never had issues until I moved into my new home. Any assistance would be helpful. If I need a new modem I'm ok with that, but since I work from home these issues are hindering money.

Check the RG6 cabling from the modem out to the ISP box maybe on the side of the house. Make sure there is not cable line splitters between the ISP service box and the modem. If the modem worked at old home and not new home. Means possible cabling issue between modem and ISP service box.

There's splitters out there and I made sure they were tight at least. There's no box outside. It's a cable straight from the main line to my house.

Remove all splitters temporarily and try again. Possible these splitters are causing problems.
