CM 500 Uplink/Downlink lights cycling amber
My internet connection are dropping on a monthly basis, it would turn off and automatically turn back on sometimes a day to a week wait time. I'm not sure if the problem is my modem or my isp provider (suddenlink).
When the connection drops, the uplink/downlink light would be amber and the internet light would blink green and after 30sec-1min the lights would cycle back over to uplink/downlink.
I called suddenlink and they said that there is no outage in my area. I'm ripping my hairs out constantly trying to figure out what is wrong with my connection. Help please!

You've only got 1 locked channel. That'll cause lots of issues. And your logs are indicating line issues.
try removing any splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators from your line.
Check the coax for damage, kinks, loose/old/bad/corroded connections and replace them if you do.
Preferably move the modem to right where the coax enters the home to prevent wiring in the home from being the issue.
If you're still only locking 1 channel, the ISP needs to actually come check the line.
