CM1000 & WOW GIG Internet Powerlevels

HOLY WOW. No pun. Can someone take a look at my power levels and logs and explain please!!!!????

Hey, sure! Oddly enough I posted them earlier. However, I don't see my reply here anymore. I also have some interesting log files. Maybe I am just trying to understand them better. Here are the power levels...

Good Downstream power levels are within -7 to +7 dBmV. Good Upstream power levels are within 38-48 dBmV. so those look fine.
