CM1000 and ORBI AC 2200 - Slow Internet

Hey everyone. I have a CM1000 modem and an ORBI 2200 tri-pack set up in my house. I'm experiencing issues with my modem apparently. I have Xfinity 480 mb/s internet but Xfinity is saying they can see issues with my modem not being able to handle the speed. They say the speed is all over the place when they look at the performance of it on their end (which is indeed what happens. the speed is all over the place.)

Can someone please help me figure out how to fix this issue? Neither Orbi or modem is even a year old and I bought these to fix the issue. My CM1000 modem says it should give me gigabit speeds and ORBI says it shold handle the speeds I pay for also.

I also get this issue hardwired into the router next to the modem itself. My internet speeds are 15 mb/s and upload less than 1 mb/s at times.

The cm1000 is capable of gigabit. I've ran one (and own one) successfully on gigabit with comcast.

If you log into the modem, take a screen snip of your  modem's connections page. This shows the connection back to the isp. Take a screen snip and post it back here with your logs.

Also, if you have any splitters, amplifiers, or attenuators remove them from the line.

Preferably, if you can move it. Hook up the modem right where the coax enters the home. this prevents the wiring within the house from being the issue.

Is the page you're looking to see? The only splitter I found is the for the cable box and internet.

no. log into the cm1000 and click on cable connection.

        *should* be 192.168.100.1
