CM1000 DOES NOT work with Suddenlink
Well, the word is in. CM1000 Modem (FW 2.01.14) DOES NOT work with Suddenlink. Suddenlink came out and couldn't get it to provision. I'm just upset that I had to be the tester. Phone tech sup...
According to the CM1000 on Amazon it is compatible with Cox and Comcast. I would check there and see if it ever get's added, I'm sure NETGEAR would be all over adding Suddenlink, among others to that list. Pretty sure only Comcast was listed originally.
If you want to use it make sure that you contact your ISP first.
We have tried to contact suddenlink number of times. they did not respond to our questions.
I think arris SB8200 is seeing same fate as well.
