cm1000 modem 3.1 Voice bundled question

I have Comcast with bundled voice but using Comcast Voice/data modem. Can I still use the CM1000 for my internet? Thanks, Bill

    yes if comcast will give you a separate MTA modem for the phone.

    they may still charge you rental fees. Please check with Comcast.

     

    if they still charge you fees, you are better off renting..
