Are these the new 2017 "DOCSIS 3.1 Full Duplex" compatible device or just DOCSIS 3.1 ?

   I don't know.  And if they're not, then I couldn't tell you whether

it's a hardware or firmware question.

   I also couldn't tell you whether your ISP uses "full duplex".

    no product difference but packaging may be bit different.

     

    same HW/SW.
