CM1000 Modem error logs please help troubleshoot. Cox 2GB internet speed dropping

Please help me troubleshoot this issue. Cox 2G internet keeps dropping from 400 mbps to 20 to 30 mbps, and bouncing. All SNR is above 40dB. All channels are locked. Attached the error log. HELP?

You didn't include much of your logs. A brief piece of it. More would be needed and a copy of the cable connections page. those are used in conjunction.

the little bit you included of the logs are showing line issues.

I will test the line once all my stuff arrives. Im in the process of moving. I suspect its either a line issue, or maybe the area routing equipment? I haven't had time to really dig in yet. Just looking for anything obvious.

Are you paying for 2gig service or just the 400mb you mentioned in your post?

They are paying for Cox 2gig and have their own equipment. A CM1000 cable modem and an ASUS wifi 6 router. Im thinking about installing a Netgear nighthawk because tbey game a lot. The modem keeps bouncing around speed wise. When I run a network speed test (computer to computer) its stable and fast (over 900 mbps). The internet will start out at 400mbps then drops off to 20mbps within 3 seconds the jumps back up to around 400mbps again.

A couple things. The CM1000 isn't compatible with 2gig services.

        https://www.cox.com/residential/support/cox-certified-cable-modems.html

While it is compatible with "up to 1 gig (not quite)", only hitting 400mbps is an issue. Are these speeds wired? Wireless? What device is being tested on? Is this directly connected to the modem or through a router?

When testing a modem for concerns with speed issues, make sure a laptop/desktop that is capable of maxing out a 1 gig connection is used and is directly connected to the modem. To many times, I've seen a router bottleneck speeds or a user testing over wifi. We should always start back at basics and ensure the modem is putting out its full capability before moving down the chain to the next bottleneck.
