CM1000 "Unresponsive" with Xfinity

Spoiler

I saw a Comcast Xfinity Technician working on my neighbors home earlier in the day. I didn't think much of it until I lost connection an hour later. After speaking with the tech, he looked up my address on his iPad and could see that my modem was "unresponsive".

I find the whole situation strange that I have never had any issues until today, the day a technician is installing my neighbors new line. He didn't offer much other then to tell me he's sure he didn't touch any of my cables on the street side. My next step was to run an Ethernet from my modem to my computer and see if I could find anything on the diagnostics/connections page.

Can anyone please explain why I have 0 values on the page? (Pictures posted)

My router (CM1000) has a solid connection light, but a blinking green light on the downstream. After a set amount of time the modem resets and continues to flash a green light on the downstream led.

You'll need to contact the ISP and notify them about this. Let them know that the modem has been working just fine up to this point. Tell them of of the tech neighbors visit. This is there responsibility to get the modem back online.

Be sure there are now line splitters inbetween the ISP service box and the modem.
