I am having the same issue with Comcast. Unstable internet since Christmas with the same error messages as OP. They told me that it is a Netgear firmware issue. Hoping for a resolution soon.
Internet seems to work fine with modem factory reset for a few hours before reverting back to prior unstable state of frequent disconnects and dial-up download speeds.

Cox will need to Push the FW.
We have already provided new FW to Cox and they have not yet certified/push to their customers. There are several DOCSIS fixes in the new FW and I hope Cox will push to their customers very soon.
Can you please call Cox and plead them to push new FW?
Additionally, it would help you send me your CM MAC and account # (PM me in the info and dont post it publicly here) and I will check with Cox contacts if they can do a temp push to just your modem?

thanks for the logs. there is possibility that your RF signal has lot of tilt in it and it is causing these communication between CM and CMTS.
which ISP/location?
Please post the power table as well.

I have Xfinity/Comcast in St. Paul, MN. We have 200 mb/s download plan. Please tell me where I can locate the power table.
