CM1000v2 flashing green downstream light and green ethernet light
Woke up this morning to flashing green DS light and Ethernet both green. The DS light blinks once per second. There’s no internet connection. From time to time all lights flash about 3 times then goes back to flashing DS and Ethernet light. I’ve tried resetting and restarting. Nothing seemed to work. Contacted My ISP(Xfinity) and there sending a tech to see if it is faulty outdoor connections. They tried sending a signal to modem and didn’t go thru. If anyone has had a similar issue and can give there input and resolution that would be greatly appreciated.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Cable Modem products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Cable modems and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON.
