CM1000v2 power blinking green, all others blinking orange

Woke up to modem blinking green for power, all others blinking orange. Powered down twice and as soon as I plug back in, all lights immediately return to blinking. Tried reset, did nothing. Call ISP and they tried to reboot on their end and no luck. Now waiting on a tech to come out but not for hours. With working and schooling from home, need this modem to work. Have a Google router and extender connected as well, but appears to be a modem issue? Cable tv is working fine, so it's not a cable issue.

Remove the coax cable from the back of the modem. Pull the power adapter from the wall outlet for 1 minute. Plug back in. Do the front LEDs still all turn ON?

Connect a wired PC to the back of the modem and see if you can access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1...

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.

If nothing works to get the modem working, have the ISP setup you up with a modem. Get ahold of NG support and ask about an RMA.
