CM1100 quality control.

Hey all, ordered the CM1100 from Costco and arrived today, pretty damn quick from ordering on Friday night. Well seems that its missing 2 screws and was not properly put together, see pics. Returning to warehouse tomorrow and already reordered. Has anything like this happened to anyone?
